Bobbin House Studio is where you will bring your machine for repairs and service.

It's located in the bulls-eye of the Twin Cities metro area in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Service is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

I don't keep regular shop hours, but my schedule is usually very flexible. We can arrange an appointment most days, including many weekends, between 8 am and 8 pm. Other times can be arranged if necessary.

Email is preferred, however phone calls are accepted as long as you call between 9 am and 8 pm. I'm often busy and unable to answer the phone, so it may be necessary to leave a message.

Please Note:

Experience has proven that it's best if your phone number is visible on caller ID.

I don't intend to ignore you, however messages left from cell phones are sometimes garbled and so the call can't be returned. If I can't hear or understand your phone number, and can't read it on caller ID, I can't call you back. Maybe if I was psychic....
